ODBC connection is required to allow IDCapture talking to SIS database.

Please send your change request to our support email. Include the design type and attach a colour school logo (if applicable).

If you wish to review your order before sending them to Monitor WA, order queue can be displayed through Search function
People column now only contains patron who is in the queue. (Please refer to the image below.)
Note: The Bulk Order function relies on the correct data in the IDCapture database. Using bulk order function may risk unnecessary card orders in the queue. Please always check the queue before sending your order.
IDCapture provides the user three ways to send queued orders, Email via MAPI, Email via SMTP, and File. Card order delivery method can be found under Setup -> Configure -> Card Orders
Bad data may be introduced to the queue from SIS or other databases which causing an error message when sending orders.
"Blank" records appear in the People column
Received orders will be imported to Monitor WA card producing system every morning between 8:30am and 9:00am. Please contact us on 9240 4777 to cancel your order before 8:30am the day after the order was sent.
The turning period for school orders and online orders is about 3 working days.
The turning period of application form is about 5 working days.
Note: The turning period is an estimated average, individual cases may vary.
